All in all, wonderful, love this place and I’ve lived in apartments for 14 years. The front office is generous and extremely helpful. Like any residence, problems arise. I had a shower issue, spoke to the property manager (Lauren, amazing!) and it was fixed within the hour. Great community, safe, prime location, will stay here as long as I’m in ABQ!!

I’ve lived at the Marquette location for about 6 months now and it has been more than a great experience. The apartments are remodeled and beautiful with an enclosed gate making it feel very safe and secluded. Lauren the property manager is AMAZING!!! She is extremely helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this location to live to anyone and everyone.

It’s very close to Sprouts, Weck’s and the Quarter Celtic (less than a 10 minute walk!).The management is friendly and know me by my name. It is also gated and that is great in Albuquerque.

The apartments, service/maintenance and staff are excellent at The Q Apartment Complexes! The units/grounds are modern and maintained very well and are very quiet. Online payment options for rent and utilities were hassle free. Lauren is a very pleasant and an understanding property manager who went out of her way to accommodate me. I have zero complaints and the 5 stars are definitely deserved!

I needed to lease a furnished one bedroom apartment. The leasing office was great and super responsive. The unit and complex is recently renovated, really nice and clean. (In the furnished unit, everything I can think of is here). The unit also came with superfast internet and cable. The complex and neighborhood is super quiet which is a must for me because I work from home. It is also gated which makes me feel safe and secure. Shayla in the leasing office definitely did not leave me astray.

The Q has lots of things to offer to its residents: a yoga studio, beautiful grass area, and tables for picnics.
