“Although my stay was short, I really enjoyed living at The Q. The gated parking is a must in Albuquerque. The units are on the smaller side, but they are well-appointed and have modern furnishings and fixtures. There is a TON of cabinet space across the dining and kitchen areas. I also really appreciated the complimentary cable and internet. The Nob Hill location is next to an elementary school that opens its green space as a community park after school hours. Also, a big bonus: This unit has central a/c and heat—not that 1950s evaporative cooling nonsense. The property manager is attentive and responds immediately. She made move-in and move-out a breeze. My only complaints were the combo washer/dryer machine took a LONG time to adequately dry thicker clothing items. And the thick wooden cabinets and drawers have super sharp edges—scratched myself a couple times.”

“The Q is conveniently located close to Nob Hill shops and restaurants as well Sprouts grocery store. It is also to Lomas and San Mateo making for easy access to both I-40 & I-25. The units are renovated and spacious. It’s great for dog owners because it is very close to Zia and McDuffie Park. If you like to support local businesses, High & Dry Brewing and Humble Coffee are right around the corner. Overall, the location alone makes The Q a great place to live.”

“Awesome Property and Neighborhood. Leased a furnished one bedroom, leasing office was great and super responsive. Unit and complex is recently renovated, really nice and clean. (In the furnished unit, everything I can think of is here). Unit also came with superfast internet and cable. Complex and neighborhood is super quiet (i work from home so that was a must along with the internet and Shayla in the leasing office did not lead me astray). Gated and feels secure, as well.”
