This Quarter, we want to honor and congratulate Ezequiel Cambranis. Ezequiel is a clinical research professional, with 9 years of experience in the management of neurological and cancer clinical trials. He recently had to turn down a prestigious job offer from Yale University in order to accept an even more prestigious Clinical Research Coordinator position at Covance – the largest clinical research organization in the world. He has published two scientific articles related to genetics and habitat conservation. But his success is guided from his heart: working with patients is not just a job for him, it’s his passion.
Ezequiel moved to Albuquerque from Dallas one year ago with his girlfriend and their dog, Phoebe. They all enjoy living at the Q @ Uptown and exploring the amazing outdoors options New Mexico offers. Hiking, skiing and swimming in rivers, hot springs, and in the Q swimming pool are their favorite activities. Their favorite spots in New Mexico are the Jemez Mountains, the Taos Gorge and Ojo Caliente hot springs. Phoebe travels everywhere they go.
A professional artist until a few years ago, he now enjoys taking photos of the natural wonders of the Southwest. Photography and ceramics are his favorite media. He’s a member of Texas Clay Arts Association and showed his artwork in different venues in Texas. His photography was featured in the American Way (American Airlines) Magazine, covering the Amsterdam Bar Jazz Night in Dallas.
When he has a chance he loves to play rugby and soccer, his favorite teams are New Zealand All Blacks (rugby union) and FC Barcelona soccer team.
