Yoga by Gillyan McCabe

An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until October 31, 2019
We are hosting two different types of yoga classes with our resident instructor, Gillyan McCabe. The two types of classes are as follows:
This class is great for beginners as it introduces breath to movement in the Power Vinyasa style. Sequences will be broken down to focus on proper alignment and build up to peak postures. Advanced yogis have the opportunity to up-level their own practices throughout.
Strengthening Vinyasa Flow
This class follows a similar format to the regular Vinyasa Flow while emphasizing core work to build a foundation for more complex postures. Boot camp-style exercises, cardio and weights may be added for a full-body workout that’ll leave you feeling energized.
